How may I place an order?

Please submit photos or ideas of what you are seeking with your inquiry so that you may receive an accurate quote. Unpaid invoices are canceled after one week of receipt.

Please allow 48 hours for an inquiry response.

How soon should I place my order?

It is best to place orders 4-6 weeks in advance. Last-minute orders can sometimes be accommodated but are not guaranteed and are subject to a rush fee.

Do you deliver or may I pick up my order?

Pick-up is available and we are located in the Bronx, NY area.

We do also offer delivery within all five boroughs as well as the Westchester county area and parts of Long Island. The delivery fee is based on your location.

What forms of payment are accepted? 

Payments are accepted via Venmo, and Zelle Quick pay.

Is there a minimum to order? 

There is a 5 dozen treat minimum, this does not apply to cake & treat combo orders.

For cake orders, there is a $200 minimum regardless of size.

Cake Do's & Don'ts 

-Cakes & treats should not be left on display for more than 2.5 hours.

-Cakes & treats should be kept in a cool air-conditioned environment to prevent melting, sagging or bulging.

-When picking up your cake It should be placed on the passenger side floor to avoid tilting or sliding that may cause damages.  

-Once your cake has been picked up it should not be left to sit in the car and should be taken directly to your event or home for proper storage. 

-Last but not least, Please drive safely!
